Search by Gene Use this form to enter one or more genes. Results will include only SNPs that lie within the specified gene(s). If no SNPs lie within the specified gene(s), no results will be returned.
Search by Chromosome & Position Use this form to enter a chromosome number and a range of positions. Results will include only SNPs that lie within the specified region.
Search by Phenotype Use this form to select one or more phenotypes. Results will include only SNPs that are included in the specified phenotypes. If SNPs occur in multiple phenotypes, they will be reported multiple times.
Get 10 Kb region surrounding specified gene Use this form to specify a gene of interest. Results will include only SNPs that lie within 10 kb (upstream or downstream) of the specified gene. (total region size = 20 kb)
